I kept seein' the topics about other states and figured I'd get this one going. Shreveport, LA. - G&G's BBQ and Blues (I think that is the name - I always call it Floyd's because I know the owner) - W. 70th St. (I think). If you get a chance, go in and tell Floyd Grigsby that FATZ sent you and he'll hook you up. Floyd and I were both parts of this great Shreveport music scene for years.

Thanks for starting this thread. I'll check Floyd's out. See also the[url='http://www.roadfood.com/forum/topic.asp?topic_id=4419/']Louisiana Festivals[/url] forum here. Very good ribs at Brookshire's Grocery on Keyser Ave. in Natchitoches. Barbecue fair, but outstanding ham and good ribs at The Tin House, also in Natchitoches. Very good ribs, barbecue, and ham at Grayson's restaurant in Campti.
