I was watching a show about the history of BBQ and while they were talking about how monitoring the grill and being a part of the cooking is as important as how it tastes, they were showing a montage that included footage from an old McDonald's McRib commercial, with pickles and onions being tossed in the air. Who makes these documentaries, lol. Yeah, that's BBQ
