I'm looking for decent bbque off I-75, anywhere in Ohio, Tenessee,
and Kentucky; Driving south from Canada. I'm very grateful
for any suggestions

Calhoun's in Knoxville (3) locations. The one on the Tennessee River next to the University of Tennessee stadium is great for ribs and side orders.
Chattanooga: try Sunset BBQ on Dobbs. Best ribs I ever had.
