Has anyone tried BACKYARD BURGERS? New location in Lincoln NE. Was in the area and tried their 1/3 pounder. Meat was precooked and dry...and salty. Guess I will have to drive to Omaha to DINKERS...best burger in Omaha. Tastes fresh...and moist.

There is a thread about this chain somewhere.... The reaction of most folks who commented was similiar to yours. I would add that they are a step above most burger joints IN PRICE ! We tried the one in Louisville. The Blackberry cobbler was good, the burger wasn't.

There are quite a few of these place in the Charlotte area and all seem to have very salty burgers.

Spouse & I had our first (& last) visit a few weeks ago. Nasty; precooked, dry, and W A Y overpriced.
