Bacon Burger with Swiss cheese

There was a post about this one, with the original creator joining in to answer questions. Here is the only bacon burger you will ever need to eat. Put bacon through grinder. I seasoned it with ground black pepper and formed it into a patty.   Sizzle and create a nice golden crust. Add cheese.   The finished sandwich with a few pickled jalapenos.  This was really good. mark

Looking good!!!
You beat me to it. I just bought some unsliced slab bacon yesterday for grinding with some chuck for a combo bacon/burger patties for the grill this week.
