Ban Red's Photos!

Only a really, really evil person would post pictures of those lobster rolls from Red's where people can see them. It seems the height of cruelty to post these pictures on a 20-something degree day (here) with snow flying (although sticking only to my windshield and roof shingles) and lobsters selling for $12.95 a pound for little babies.

Who's running this place these days, Tomas de Torquemada?

I agree. I couldn't possibly get close to Reds in the future.

So, back to contemplating dressing. That will get my mind off of that roll.

Keep the celery crunchier. And some minced apple, with crumbled sausage.

I could not agree more. Here we are having the first serious snow of the year here in Pittsburgh and I have to look at a photo of a Red's lobster roll. Even if I was willing to fly to Maine to get one, I couldn't, since they are undoubtedly long closed for the season. Absolutely inhumane! Roadfood, you should be ashamed of yourself!

There are some things that can warm the cockles of your heart - a pic of Red's Lobster Roll can do that! (Besides, it tastes WAAAAAYYYYYYYYY better than those cockles in your heart should you decide to cook those!

But what can make your entire body sing out in praise, asking "please no, whatever the government, don't ever CHANGE these", is that first luscious bite of Sweetness and Light.

Definite proof that there is Heaven on Earth - Red's

Friends of mine visited Red's in early September. They were so cruel to describe their experience there.

I doubt that you can make it for half what Red's charges. I made some delicious lobster rolls a couple of weeks ago. For 40.00 I made 4 SMALL rolls which were really good but just an appetizer.

    Dearfolk,
It's apple-in-front-of-the-horse's-mouth syndrome... a photo of Red's will make the winter pass a lot faster. (Of course, ours only lasts a few weeks down here....)

Try living all the way across the country from a place like Red's! Just because I live in a coastal state doesn't mean I have access to lovely lobsters and we have NO lobster rolls at any restaurants here!

I'm glad, I am not the only one feeling the pangs of cruelty.

I've heard about those and I've dreamed of them.

Now with a picture I have a true quest.

That picture is as pretty as some of my friends' babies.

Not only that, but they are closed for the season.
So even if you decided on a roadtrip it would be a dissapointment upon arrival. Chow Jim
