Bathroom on trailer or not

I'm getting a trailer built.
I'm in Georgia and will be selling in Georgia.
Will be setting up in local areas and festivals.
What are the requirements for bathrooms?
Do you have to have one on your trailer?
I can add one but it will be an extra 2K.

Thank a bunch.

Not sure about GA, but I have never seen a bathroom on a mobile food truck or stall

Since the rules in my area require a signed permission slip to access a bathroom within 200' for emplyee use, I elected to put a bathroom in the bus, haven't done so yet but it is in the plan, seems like it will open up spots where I couldn't operate without it.

will your HD allow it, as far as I know you can't have one in MN, although maybe if you exit the trailer and walk in another door you might be able to.

Yeah, that's how it would be. Separate door from outside trailer. 2000.00 for port a potty type, 2500.00 if it's plumbed into system. Is it worth it or is the space more valuable? It's a 16 foot trailer.

Is this for the Public/ Customers to use, or just you? If for Customers, you got a can of worms you don't want to open!

I believe our regs specify a "plumbed" restroom but I think that is open to creative interpretation. Like, is a straight dump rv toilet plumbed or no?
