I don't know how close it was to the kind of cajun food you'd get down in actual Cajun country, but they made a nice fried shrimp po boy.
Went down to that area on unrelated business and decided to stop at the Bayou Blues on the way home, and it was closed. I'd eaten there only a couple months ago, maybe in March or April, and it seemed to be doing as well as ever. And I can't find any news about it.
Anyone know what happened?
