Be forewarned buying from Atlanta Fixture

Last week I ordered two brand new 30x48 stainless steel tables for my food truck.  One arrived on Friday and the other on Monday.  Both tables arrived damaged.  Each table was sent with a different shipper.  One of the tables also didn't have legs.  I paid for new tables and they are asking me "if we get the legs shipped to you will you take a concession on the damage on the FMA table?"  Are you kidding me?  They are also telling me to contact the shipping company.  Talk about horrible customer service.

Did you inspect them before signing when they were delivered? Was the damage visible? If so, you should have refused the delivery.
If the shipper accepted them in good condition, and were damaged in transit, it's on the shipper.

It may be on the shipper, but the way my company handles product damaged during shipment is to replace the product then file a claim with the shipper on our end. Call the company and insist they do this for you.

I have dealt with them on a local level with no problems. Mostly small wares. I did stop by the Atlanta location a few months back for a quote and it took them a long time to get back with me.

Most of the time products are damaged by the shipper. I know its not your fault. But its not the merchants fault either.

My problem is the attitude they have taken with me and have refused to facilitate getting me a replacement.  I ordered directly from them.  Why should I have to contact each shipping company and/or each manufacturer?  That's why I ordered from them and paid them.  Total bull**** if you ask me.  I now am out over $350 and do not have a single table that functions let alone the two that I ordered.

    Damage wasn't visible.

If there were no visible damage to the exterior packaging, then that is not shipping damage. It is either pre existing damage or damage due to poor packing.   I would cancel the credit card payment and notify the seller the merchandise is available for their pickup or prepaid shipping instructions.
