If you are on the Cape looking for a great breakfast be sure to visit Ann & Fran's on Rte28 in Yarmouth. The steak and Eggs is the BEST! They also offer a $1.99 special, incredible pancakes and waffles and for a real treat, get the lobster omlet or lobster benedict! Be sure to say "HI" to Barbie, she's been there for almost as long as I can remember and I have been eating there for 18 years.  Just remember to be patient, sometimes there is a wait to get in because this place is so popular with the locals as well as the tourists. Tell 'em Rick sent you!
