ah, not buffalo style. I figured as much.

It's way too dark in color to be buffalo sauce.

I will try the place, though, I'm always up for finding a real wing...or as the people say outside of WNY/CNY, a real "Buffalo" wing.

So far, the best example of a (Buffalo) wing in DC is Harry's Restaurant, downtown, across the street from ESPN Zone. (12th and E?)

they also make a nice chicken salad sandwhich and burger. Their kids mac-n-cheese will serve an entire class of 7 year olds. But, it isn't great mac-n-cheese. Salads are good too, and the drink prices are the best you'll see in downtown. Happy Hour brings in the regulars - mostly office workers who also lunch there.

Anyone ever try Buffalo Wild Wings?

Yes.  Decent, but grossly overpriced.  Six wings and a "side salad" served on a small styrofoam plate is $10+ !

Last week we visited the $7.99 lunch buffet at the original Quaker Steak & Lube in Sharon, PA (which featured burgers, chili dogs, wings, sides & salad) which was the best quality + value experience of the last year or so.  They had two varieties of wings on the buffet, but if you wanted any other of their 10 or so types the waitress would bring them out fresh in any quantity one wished.

They say they are coming to Dallas soon; I can hardly wait!

I miss when you were reviewing DC/NoVA haunts. How's TX treating you? I'd send you wings if I could.

You were always a diner fan (or it seemed), any diner of note down your way?

Ya know, they send half-smokes in dry ice to all over the country, you don't have to do without.
