a couple of places i miss from when i was growing up , first was the "CANTON HOUSE " in downtown Rahway ,nj. which at that time was a one way street ......... second was the "JADE POGODA' rt 1 south in Edison, nj just past plainfield ave. Polynesian in New Jersey , i think has disappeared from the new school cooking/owners play book. two places that i have enjoyed , discovered in the past year are. My most memorable Chinese restaurant was the Panda Inn in Lakewood. I ate there when I was a baby, I ate there with my kids when they were small. After returning to NJ after 25 years, I find The Panda Inn gone...
No Place I have gone has as much decor as I remember from there, and the little strip mall Chinese places cannot even hold a candle to it.

Wow , i forgot about this place....I havent been here in 3 years ...... I kind of forgot about it i guess.....Any of you regulars still coming here?
