drpep I had a milkshake while eating inside the Wilson, NC Cook Out. I don't understand milkshakes so thick even Linda Lovelace could not get it thru the straw. I believe Mcdonald's does not call them milkshakes, just shakes I think. I see some of the new Cook Out locations now have a seating area, They are rapidly expanding in N.C. .. So what did you think of the shake???They are a bit thick and a spoon is needed. They make a Cheerwine float that is pretty good IMHO.

Coffee Shakes are the only ones that I enjoy. So I do not go to places where they are not served. Walt

The shake was okay when it finally melted enough to drink with a straw, which was about a half hour after I left the place. I was suprised to see a sit down location for Cook Out. I'd seen a few in the Raleigh and Sanford area several years ago and wanted to try them but did not want to eat in the car on a hot humid day.
