What's your recipe for the best burger? I've been trying to make the best burger ever with no luck. Do you grind your own meat? Use a combination of meats? Please help......

Just 80/20 ground beef. 75/25 is also good, 85/15 is acceptable. The rest of the secret is in the cooking. Don't press or pierce the patty, high heat, only turn once, stuff like that.
