Best Steak in the USA in Texas

I was just reading about the Akauski Steak
being served at Bohanan's in San Antonio. The
food writer says "if USDA Prime is a Lexus then
Akauski is a Labborghini". Being a Ford guy myself I
just have to assume that is good. The writer raves and raves.
Bohanan's gets $95 per 12 oz steak. San Antonio has come a
long way since the Alamo days.

Kobe is a basketball player, we are talking about Steak, real TEXAS
Style steak. Actually the black angus steers were imported from
Japan some years ago and were residing in Texas til their demise.

Just bring back the Chili Queens... pleeese San antonio.
I am sure those steaks are good. I would love to try one as long as someone else is buying. :~)
