Long gone now is the Juicy Pig Restaurant in Sherman, TX. Actually it was a diner but the name should be reused for a BBQ joint.

I have always thought that if you are going to open a business that is worth anything, you should put your name on it. BBQ examples are: Arthur Bryant Sonny Bryan Charlie Vergous Louis Mueller You get the idea.

Some want their name on their restaurants, but they shorten it to retain anonymity as in: MR. V'S BBQ in Denison, Texas Mr. Cecil's in Los Angeles or the long, gone and awfully missed... Stern's BBQ in Culver City, CA

I haven't tried this on bbq yet, but it's on the to-do list. Hummm...why wait, gotta go!
