Between Dallas and Abilene? Tomorrow!

Sorry for the last minute notice on this, but my wife is visiting her sister in Dallas and they just decided to do a road trip tomorrow to Abilene to visit a long lost classmate they have just reconnected with. It's a 3 hour drive and they are looking for a lunch/rest stop about 1/2 way. I'm trying to help them out, but there seems to be nothing (nothing!) on any Roadfood resource for this stretch of Interstate.
 
Can anyone recommend anything? It doesn't have to be classic, just a comfortable non-chain stop, any food'll do at this point. Only requirement would be it would have to be open on Sunday.
