Has anyone tried this? Is it a chain? There's one at the Old Orchard shopping mall in Skokie, IL. My dad, a native New Yorker and corned beef and pastrami connoisseur, recently ate both the corned beef and pastrami there and told me it was the best he's had outside of New York, on par with Shapiro's in Indianapolis and better than Manny's in Chicago. I'm curious to get some other opinions, though I may visit the place soon and find out for myself. Thanks.

I see no one has replied yet. Let me just say, that for my dad to call corned beef and pastrami as good as anything he's had outside of New York is an extraordinary compliment. He's a harsh judge. So I checked out user reviews of this place on the Internet, and they're decidedly mixed. I guess no one on this site has been there yet. Guess I'll have to take the initial plunge for us all!
