HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MAYOR!! In giving serious thought as to what kind of cake you'd really prefer, I've come to the conclusion that you'd most like one of those oversized cakes wheeled-in with much anticipation and with what surprisingly pops-out is, well...another cake.

Congratulations to you, Seafarer... Imagine 50 years of putting up with you...She is a Queen to have the patience she must have ! I am at the 39 year point in my marriage(s), but I took a 9 year break from the routine from 1986 to 1995!
Thanks to all for the kind words ! My bride is having a great time in Myrtle Beach celebrating my Birthday with her grandkids. My one vice during her absence was a quick trip to Russell Stover's Outlet in Seymour, Indiana this morning to 'stock up' on some treats !

Michael, You must understand that Poverty Pete and I have shared roadfood experiences as much or more than most folks here on this website over the years, and while I am the senior member of this team, he is only a week or two younger than me in physical age ! We are Two of the Five surviving members of the original Glee Club Roadfood Group! However, I am young and pure of heart and thought, while he is wasting away riding a motorcyle and hanging out in Nashville' BBQ Ghetto, and growing old at a rate MUCH FASTER than me.
