OMG!!! So after reading this article and more on this wonderful product I have determined that I would like about 4 pounds of this. It's basically a self stable already roasted garlic with all of the healthy qualities still there!

I have read literature about preserving garlic retains more its nutrients. The Chinese and Japanese have been doing it for thousand of years and they preserve in brine like solution. I use that for cooking, but this products looks extremely unappealing to me.
