Black angus hotdogs...

I've always been (as my nic indicates) a Hummel hotdog fan. Recently I tried Certified Black Angus hotdogs made by Usingers out of Wisconsin. These are simply the best in my humble opinion. I also always preferred my hotdogs with casings. These do not have casings but they are fabulous. I shop thru Peapod and could never get Hummels. One week they had these so I gave them a try. Have not looked back since LOL.

Hummelgal, Usinger's makes Angus beef dogs with casings. Check out their online catalog at http://www.usinger.com. These dogs are one of the finest beef dogs in existence.

I prefer hot dogs made the old fashioned way--with PORK.

I actually remember when all-beef hotdogs were obtainable only from a kosher deli or market (I grew up in a heavily Jewish neighborhood so it wasn't hard to find one of those). Hebrew National was about the only common brand. All hot dogs sold elsewhere were either all pork or beef and pork (poultry dogs didn't exist I don't believe).
