Black puddings, sweetbreads, chitlins: Where? Mon, 07/19/04 7:54 PM (permalink)
I had the pleasure of eating at a place called Las Vacas Gordas in Miami Beach some time ago. One of the options on the menu was the "Mixed Grill," which as well as the items in the title included some other cuts, although I don't recall the others quite so well. It was my first experience with those cuts, though--one that I heartily look forward to re-experiencing some day.

Anyway. . .

I'm actually located in South Carolina, but do several out-of-state trips a year. I'm looking for any places anywhere that has those items on the menu.
