Blackie's (CT) Hot Pepper Relish

JoeRugo brought a few jars down with him last month to Florida. Finally got a chance to try mine with two Nathan's natural casing hot dogs and French's Horseradish mustard. I put two teaspoons on each hot dog. The relish was terrific! I detected all spice as one of the prime seasonings. Maybe? The stuff was very good! I didn't find it hot at all. Established in 1928! Impressive.

Glad you liked it BB. I've enjoyed it on burgers, eggs and portobella mushrooms also.
