Boars Head restaurant in Moline Illinois recipe ?

I am looking for the pink house dressing that was served at the Boars Head restaurant over by SouthPark Mall in Moline Illinois....I believe it may have been a pink roquefort?????
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Up in Wisconsin the supper clubs often serve a "French Roquefort" dressing. Essentially french dressing with a bit of blue cheese sprinkled over the top...Could this be it?

no....my sister says it was a blue cheese type flavor but no exactly and the dressing was a pale pink color.

I WOULD ALSO LOVE TO HAVE THIS RECIPE. I REMEMBER THE DRESSING AS BEING VERY GOOD.
