YO Olt, Jane Butel is a noted authority on Chili & Southwest Foods. She's the author of "Chili Madness' and several other books on all things Chili. She might know something about Bob Pool's Chili. My 1st copy has so many Chili stains in it that I can hardly read it !!

FoodB, I would love to go to Chili My Soul!
