I was pretty much indifferent to fast-food-fried-chicken until a Bojangles opened near to where I lived in the 1980s. All I had eaten was KFC. The Bojangles chicken was crispier and had a more flavorful spice blend, they had biscuits as opposed to the plain Wonder-bread-like rolls at KFC, and the sweet-and-sour confetti cole slaw was much better than I had had before. Not to mention the other great sides. It closed, I moved, and there is no Bojangles near to me anymore.

There was a Bonjangles near where I went to College, but I decided I didn't want to become a townie just so I would have access to fast-food chicken.

Choose what you want and delete the rest. if you do not like chicken, do not eat it and that goes for anything else. If it don't smell good, do not eat it. Paul E. Smith Knoxville, TN
