This is a new,to me,vegetable. A sort of cross between a sweet potato and a regular potato and maybe a yucca? Anyway,I get them here in Key West. They are served like a baked potato with butter,S&P. They are a staple in Cuban households. I really love these and they have taken the place of sweet potato until I return north. Try them sometime

They are indeed delicious! Our local food emporium(s) have them. They are especially good cut up aka french fries & deep fried.
