Bosna hotdog

Anyone eaten a hotdog called a Bosna?

I had them in the 80's when I was a student in Salzburg Austria. They sold them on the main shopping street, Getreidegasse. Anyone have a recipe for a Bosna?

If I remember right, seems like it had curry powder or something like that on it and chopped onions.
