Getting an error message on the web site and do you mean "Boudin Train" or Boudin Trail"?

Haven't been to any of those places, only M&S in Lafayette, but it looks like an interesting map. I'd love to see a 141 year old Cajun cabin!

My wife's parents live about a mile from Don's in Carencro, and we go at least twice each time we are down there (and bring a cooler full of stuff home with us). Boudin is available both fresh and frozen, and their plate lunches and (uncooked) crawfish- and cornbread-stuffed chickens are also quite good. Highly recommended; I just wish they were open later than 7:00 P.M.

Poche's in Breaux Bridge should also be on the list, in my opinion.  www.poches.com

I too was surprised when I didn't see Poche's on the list.
They got an A- from the folks at Boudinlink.com

dlawson: What I like about the Boudin trail idea, it gives you not only Boudin but also a lot of local and regional food choices....Poche's looks like a place I could spend a week eating.......maybe I'll get a part time job there for a few days........
