If you get a chance to try Boylan's Cane Soda, it is a wonderful experience. It's not made with corn syrup like Coke and Pepsi have been for a couple of decades. With the Cane Sugar it tastes just like a Coke from the 60s and 70s, but I also taste a little hint of a spice. It's great stuff!
They also make a great Root Beer that puts IBC and all the others to shame. Richer, more flavor, more body then anyone.
Plus a nice Orange, Grape, as well as other flavors.
In the Chicago area it's available at Trader Joe's and a few independent shops/chains like Casey's.

I should also note that it's made in New Jersey, I believe, so it should be all over the East Coast.
