Hi, All, I am an owner of a Hot Dog Out side vending business and while I am setting up, I would like to offer a breakfast buritto, I use propane for my dogs and have an extra grill. My question is how would I go about cooking them? Would this work? a 2 inch pan with cooking oil in and just pop the buritto in and cook it that way? Hey guru's I need help on this one.
My menu is a reg dog, a 1/4 lber, and a rajun cajun.
But I really love my mouth watering Chili Cheese Delight.
