Breakfast - CT I95 Near New London

Will be meeting a friend for breakfast (weekday) and the New London area on I95 is about our mid-point. Does anyone have suggestions where we could do this? We would like to spend time talking, so not a busy place where we would be rushed out. Anywhere near there would be OK. Thanks.

"Norms Diner" on Bridge St. in Groton. Very good breakfast out of an old rail road diner car. Very good on price with great home cooked food. Very layed back.

We recently discovered a new favorite breakfast spot in New London, for which a RF review will soon be posted. The Broken Yolk Cafe not only has great food but watching the owner ham it up at the grill is an event of its own!
