Breakfast in Banning/Beaumont, CA?

I'll be driving from LA to Phoenix in a few weeks, and am looking for a truly GREAT breakfast place around the Banning/Beaumont area. Any suggestions?

About the only restaurant that comes to mind is the San Gorgonio Inn, but I'm not sure they serve breakfast.
Before you hit Banning, there's the new Casino Morongo, with its Potrero Buffet.
It might be worth a try.

Here is a cut-and-paste of one of my previous posts:
Is Beaumont too far? Country Junction is a homey coffeeshop-type place to get a big hearty breakfast or catfish dinner. I like their friendliness and the way they pamper their customers. I winced when a baby at a nearby table screamed, and my waitress immediately disappeared and returned to hand me some aspirin!

Not food related but I did spend 3 great summers with an Aunt & Uncle in Banning. This is where I learned the proper way to drink beer & tequila
