Breakfast in Bergen County, NJ

What's a good place (and, if applicable, day) to get breakfast in the Bergen County area of New Jersey (within 10 miles or so of Paramus without having to cross the Hudson)?
Buffets definitely count.
Getting a little bored with the Country Pancake House in Ridgewood.

Hey Bartl;
In south Bergen, my favorite breakfasts are at the Rutherford Pancake House on Park Avenue, and the Colonial Diner in Lyndhurst. (I don't know if the RPancake House is owned by the same people as the Ridgewood one, but the menu is not as extensive, but the food is first rate)
