The Omelette In in Long Beach, CA serves awesome omelets complete with home fries and a selection of excellent breads. Coffee cup is endless, service prompt and friendly. Ate there every morning during a recent trade show. The "Hobo" omelette was particularly delicious. Fair prices. Not to be missed.
