The Vikings are actually a solid team that seemed to not be able to get their act together nearly the whole season yet ended up winning the conference. The Vikings gave that game to the Falcons. They were still messing up against the Giants yet beat them. It was kind of frustrating relying on a relatively inexperienced quarterback and then going with an aged Favre like quarterback who quickly ran out of steam toward the end of the season. As for the Jets, they gave up Pennington for Favre? Favre only proved he played one year too many. By the end of the season he showed his age and why the Packers did not want him back.

Baah Ben The Jets had nothing to play for yesterday..Say what you want about pride, etc. They had nothing to play for. Indeed. Just like they had nothing to play for when losing three of the previous four games they played before last sunday.
