Bright Green Relish

Is there some on-line source to order the bright green relish from? I have been looking for it without success.

www.fluky's.com is the official website of a classic old time Chicago hot dog joint. They've got the day-glo green relish as part of a kit along with other essentials needed for the real Chicago hot dog experience. Don't know if they'll sell the relish separately, but it's a good place to start.

Thanks for the website. I know Fluky's very well, having grown up just down the street from them just off of Devon Ave.

It looks like two different kits is all that they offer. I was hoping to find a source that would allow the purchase of the relish alone instead of a kit. Mustard and peppers are easy, the relish is the tough one.

I have 25+ guests coming for a Hot Dog party and already have the Vienna dogs and poppy seed buns lined up.

Since you are in Fort Lauderdale, I'd stop by Hot Dog Heaven and see if they'll sell you a jar, or get it for you from Vienna Beef.

Hot Dog Heaven is closed for a month of vacation until the middle of August.

As weird as it may sound, so is the Vienna hot dog place in Pompano that is on Dixie Hwy just off of Atlantic.

The other one I frequent is by the airport but they use standard relish instead of the bright green stuff.

Those are the only three good hot dog places that I know of around town.

This is what kind of brought up the idea of a Hot Dog party.

Vienna Beef is a good choice... Not sure if they sell small jars, but they do supply alot of hot dog vendors.. www.viennabeef.com You can find your local distributor on their website.. Good Luck!

Try asking a business owner who uses it, they may be willing to you a container. If one says no, ask another..

try this place---they have Fluky's Blend green relish and other authentic Chicago treats via mail order---and they can rush it

If there's a Sam's Club near you they might have the bright green relish --- I'm pretty sure I've seen it there before. Good luck!

What your looking for is Emerald Relish.B&G makes Emerald Relish and the other types of relish

The neon green relish made by Vienna Beef(Chipico aka Chicago Pickle Company) is available in the Chicago area at most Jewel Food stores in the pickle section. Same for the sport peppers. However, there is another company called "Rolf's Deli Style Green Relish" that is similar to the Vienna Beef product.

My Sam's club does not have it. The manager told me that there is regional control over what is stocked in the individual clubs. He also said they could not do a special order or inter-store transfer.

I looked at their website and the photos appear to be Emerald green, not bright green.

I know I can get it at Jewel and Dominicks, however the closest one to me is over 1100 miles away. I was not aware of the Rolf's product.

I have made a call to one of my cousins and asked them to ship some down here. I have procured a case of buns and 10 pounds of dogs locally as Sysco distributes them, but not the relish.

The Hot Dog party is on for the middle of August.

I went ovber there a couple of weeks ago for linch and learned that they are closed for vacation. That is part of what spurred the hot dog party.
