Brisket & Chicken again for 30

I'm doing it again. A supper for 30 Monday night.

I cooked 2 Briskets Friday night.

Saturday afternoon, I cooked the chicken and made my pork & beans. Sorry, I didn't take picture of the beans.

The Brisket and chicken was carried to the Lodge and put in the frig.

Next was to make the Peach Pie and chop the veggies for a salad.

Man this is hard work making a pie. Anyway, most of the work is done. I heat and serve tomorrow night.
