I hope this isn't a commonly asked question, I did search around and didn't see a thread on it, so here it goes... I am looking for a buffet entree option which is 1.) Ballpark Friendly 2.) Is not Hot Dogs, Hamburger, Sloppy Joe, or Brats 3.) Is something which could be positioned as a "specialty" 4.) We can offer at a $5.95 price point and still make a 50% profit margin on when preparing for groups of at least 50 people.

a Nacho bar---works really well for us with large big screen football games--should work as well for you---and its Finger food--with a lot of napkins! :)
