Buttercup Bakeshop NYC--seeking recipe

I used to live near the buttercup bakeshop in NYC and their buttercup cupcakes were wonderful. I checked out their books from the library once and tried the recipe, it turned out great and tasted wonderful. I have left my recipe for this in storage in New York. Does anyone have it to share?
