There are several locations in the greater Kansas City metro area but the one in Liberty is closest for us. Order the "Gringo". A three egg omelete with chorizo, onions, green peppers and pepperjack cheese. It comes with sour cream and salsa. They also give you a huge side of hashed browns and an order of toast. This will fill you up !

I don't know about the salsa or the sour cream, but that omelet sure sounds good. By the way, welcome to Roadfood.
