Cabin fever has hit finally.

Cabin fever has hit finally. I knew sooner or later with the temps in the low teens and below if I waited long enough business would rebound, if only do to cabin fever. People can only stay home, go to work and stay home so many nights in a row. Sooner or later they are going out or changing that pattern one way or another. Well it happened because this week was like a week in July. I sold 18 slabs of ribs today and a ton of smoked beef and pork. I went through several 1/3rd pans of Gumbo and a bunch of smoked sausage. I never sat down for more than 5 minutes from 11:00AM until I closed at 8:00 PM tonight. It's been a great week and I still have tomorrow. Jack

Same thing for me, Jack. Last night it was 7 degrees, and I went out expecting no business... I sold out of everything before the bar even closed! Keep it up dude!
