Cajun Pizza

Just had a slice of "Cajun Pizza" here in NYC (apologies to Louisiana.) I know they serve it at a funky place "chain" (2 branches) called Two Boots as well as W. 12 St. Pizza.
Sorta thin crust pizza with some sort of crumby crust, available with cajun sausage and lots of veggie combos. Taste pretty good.
So where else in US do they serve "Cajun" pizza?

Johnnies Pizza in NE Louisiana...had shops in Monroe, West Monroe, Bastrop....had a pizza called "Sweep the Swamp"...crawfish, shrimp etc on the pizza....kinda bland sauce though...and limp crust...
