    You confused me. ... What's the difference between North Carolina Cole Slaw & Cajun Slaw?   ... You did call it North Carolina-Cajun slaw later, there is a thing called North Carlina Cajuns or just Cajuns living in North Carolina?

    My guess is it's in the seasonings. Cut NC Style with Cajun Seasonings. Cajun is Cayenne spelled backwards.
