11 years and hundreds of events, can`t recall seeing but 2 strictly dedicated hot dog carts at events.  Every Tom, Dick and Harry sells hot dogs. Heck, I started off selling hot dogs also, couldn`t compete with every one.

      Good proverb, as I know my setup would be swamped in no time at a big event. If I was to do something BIG, I would totally switch gears and rent a large BBQ grill for brats, Italian sausage and dogs, along with two or three turkey fryers for french fries and leave the trailer at home.
