Welcome Andrew! Direct mailers like SuperCoups usually have local real estate hair/nail salon dry cleaning construction ads these days. At least here. Usually chain pizza ads or coupons are the only ones found.

We get an ad flier every week that goes out to everyone in my town. It has ads for the local supermarkets, hardware store and several pizza places each week. The pizza places always have a full menu shown and a few coupons. One pizza place sends a menu with coupons in a magnet form.

Get a small professionally done sign you put at the to go, check out counter, reading , in effect, "Please sign our book, name, address [email address appreciated], comments, for coupons and menu updates, Thanks!" provide a spiral notebook and a good supply of pens, you will get quite a few a day, if they like your place, I promise!
