For waitstaff and owner/waiters: How good are you at telling a how a person is going to tip, in advance, other than with regulars? What do you look for?

    Uhhh,  I believe that the good tip sometimes (hopefully often) depends on the service.
     
    I've never walked in to a place thinking... I'm going to tip good in here.
