I saw this the week before Turkey Day and now have become addicted to the stuff. It has a light cranberry flavor with a little bite. The piggly wiggly had 2L for .99 I got 10 for the road trip back home.

The first time I found it was about 2yrs ago at Harris Teeter, I love it. This year I found 7UP with Pomegranate, its good, a bit sweet. I think the Canada Dry is better IMHO.

I couldn't agree with you more! The 7up Pomegrenate is I guess you would say different, its good... just different than I expected. I think the Canada Dry Cranberry is more to my liking. Not as sweet and more bubbles quote:Originally posted by leethebard Pomegranate is all the rage now!!

Someone in my office was drinking - I think - Sprite with cranberry, as well. They were raving about it - I believe the quote was "best soda - ever!" Me, I don't drink the stuff...so, you can take their (usually reliable) word.

I'm a fan of Canada Dry's Diet Cranberry Ginger Ale but have little patience for Canada Dry's games. In Philadelphia at least, they pull it off the market for the while and put it back in the stores at their whim. Nowadays I craft my own. I buy regular bottles of Canada Dry Diet Ginger Ale and a separate bottle of Knudsen's Just Cranberry pure cranberry juice (Whole Foods). Just a dollop or real cranberry juice gives a much redder color and a far deeper cranberry flavor. Far superior to Canada Dry's version. Makes one realize the eye dropper quantity of cranberry juice Canada Dry must be putting into their version of cranberry ginger ale.

Sprecher's the regional/local brewery and soda maker in Milwaukee makes a soda called Ravin' Red It is mix of cherry and cranberry juices. When I first tasted it I didn't care much for it, but the flavor grows on you. Sprecher's is known for their Root Beer (very good) and I am addicted to their Cherry Cola. This cranberry/cherry is not as 'light' as a ginger ale mix would be, but it has a lot of fruit flavors to be enjoyed!

We get the Sprite with Cranberry but it is a holiday release only. We stocked up as most of our household likes it. If my memory is correct, it is available for about 3 months.

Actually, the first time I had that mixed with cranberry juice was way back in 1970 at a Thanksgiving dinner. I was a wee tyke of 8 years old, and loved the stuff. Still do, although now I use diet 7Up or Sprite Zero for the mixer. While the other stuff would be convenient on the go, the mix of cranberry juice at home is far tastier.

Have a son who loved it and he was really disappointed when the stores no longer carried it. Now he is in the food business and knows how to acquire the stuff. My problem is cranberry juice, cannot get enough, and Ocean Spray was one of our biggest acct.'s next to Coke and Seagrams.

I have only had the diet version, I have not had a sugared soft drink in 15+ years, the diet is nice light and refreshing. I finally found the diet sierra mist cranberry on my roadtrip back to the winter wonderland yesterday. The convience store had 17 20oz bottles so I bought them all. So now I am set with diet canada dry cranberry gingerale and diet sierra mist cranberry.

I enjoy most Canada Dry diet sodas. This one, the diet cranberry canada dry, included. However, it doesn't beats making the mocktail using 100% organic cranberry (no other juices) juice with Diet Canada Dry in a high ball glass filled with ice. My wife, who didn't drink alcohol during her pregnancy, and had to becareful of her sugar intake due to gestational diabetes, loved this mocktail on a Friday afternoon happy hour.

We used to have the Cranberry Ginger Ale here, haven't seen it in YEARS. Will have to see if I can find a place that sells it around here.
