Car crashes into Schwabl's in Buffalo

The last month or so has seen a rash of incidents in Buffalo where people have crashed into buildings, making folks leery about sitting near the window. I am not sure what is causing all this bad driving, unless we are just noticing it more. Tonight the Buffalo News reports that someone hit the estimable Schwabl's restaurant, home of outstanding roast beef on weck and a stop on the Buffalo / Rochester Roadfood tour a few years ago. I understand we have a photo of the culprit  Hope no one was hurt and glad to hear that damage was kept to a minimum

the big shoes getting jammed between the brake and gas was probably what did it.
