Never heard of them before, but I'll keep an eye out for them at the Indiana State Fair this year. Not huge fry fan and there are LOADS of other really good foods at our state fair. Mmmm...sati babi! And corn dogs from Fatboy's. Lemon Shakeups and sodas from Hook's Drug Store. Man. Now I can't wait! Only a few short weeks away!

The Ohio State Fair opens Wednesday, and we can't wait. I'm wondering whether LeBron James will be the butter sculpture with the butter cow this year. But lleechef and I are going to be eating almost everything, from the barbequed lamb sandwiches and sausage and peppers to the ubiquitous corn dogs and lemon shakeups, plus the roasted corn, the ribs, maybe a little cotton candy and, with any luck some kettle corn and chocolate covered bacon. The big question, though, is whether I'll need help getting lleechef away from the newborn piglets.
